3. Assumption of Risk

Parachuting and related activities are inherently risky. You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to sign a liability waiver before participation.

4. Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations

• Schedules are subject to change due to weather and operational requirements.
• Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated at booking.

5. Media Rights

By participating, you grant Sky7 Egypt permission to capture and use photos/videos of your jump for personal galleries and promotional materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to behave responsibly and follow all staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who endangers safety or disrupts operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky7 Egypt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of this website.
